Hello! I'm Lee,

As the founder of Cerebrum Medical Ltd, I bring over a decade of experience serving in the British Army as a paramedic in some of the most hostile environments around the world. During my time in service, I witnessed first-hand the impact that poor health and wellbeing can have on individuals and teams. I saw how important it was to have access to high-quality healthcare and support in order to maintain physical and mental resilience in challenging situations.

After leaving the military, I wanted to continue serving my community by helping businesses create a healthier and happier workforce. I recognised the need for employers to take a more proactive approach to employee health and wellbeing, and I saw an opportunity to use my skills and experience to make a positive impact in the corporate world.
